In February 2020, we purchased for £340,000 a town centre site to build 4 houses. The gross development value is £1,845,000. Construction is underway and expected to complete in spring 2021. We are in negotiations with a buyer to sell the largest house off plan, locking in returns for our investors and de-risking the project.

Through our network of contacts, we are expert at finding sites with planning to build houses or blocks of flats, in London and across the UK.
Managing the construction
We are very experienced in liaising with architects, structural engineers, party wall surveyors, quantity surveyors and contractors to meet all pre-commencement planning requirements. We have strict cost control and project management expertise to manage construction projects which vary in size from single apartments, house renovation and extension through to blocks of flats over multiple floors.
We like working for individual investors to manage the renovation of their home. We are also very experienced at working on joint ventures with multiple investors through company structures.
We expect development projects to generate returns of 15% -20%+ per annum and like working on an incentivised basis to align our interests.
