WD Real Estate was set up in 2012 with the aim of investing in residential property and commercial real estate to create long term capital growth and regular income for our investors.

 

We seek out underperforming assets in locations that show strong characteristics and add value through obtaining planning permission to add extra floor space and through renovations. We help our investors understand the benefits of investing over the medium to long term and how compounding of 7-8% capital growth per annum can lead to doubling of value over a 7-10 year time horizon. 

Walter has been investing in real estate since 1996. He owns and manages a substantial portfolio of residential property for himself and for our joint venture investors. Throughout his career Walter has always had a keen interest in residential and commercial property and enjoy sharing this enthusiasm and investment management expertise with our clients.  

In the early stages of Walter's career, he focused on investment management in fixed income bonds, before adding skills and experience in equities, and then commercial real estate.
