Exciting plans to build 20 new homes
In March 2022, we completed the purchase of a former car dealership and secured planning permission to build 5 apartments and 15 family homes in beautiful Pembrokeshire, Wales. Gross Development Value is £3.55m. All homes will be very energy efficient, using solar power to help move towards net zero carbon emissions. We have successfully raised £700,000 on Brickowner for the purchase and to help start the construction. Looking forward to generating good returns for our investors.
Regeneration
Our plans will create much needed housing for hard working local families. Plans include solar panels, air source heat pumps and under floor heating as well as many trees planted in the development.
