In June 2022, we exchanged on the purchase of a site where we secured planning permission at appeal to build 3 stunning family homes. The purchase price is £500,000 and the Gross Development Value of over £2,000,000. It is in a tranquil village of Graig Penlynn, near Cowbridge, South Wales, 8 miles west of Cardiff. The houses have stunning views across open countryside.
