In September 2026, we completed the construction of these 2 fantastic houses and the owner occupiers moved in, allowing us to pay back our construction lender.   
Construction of houses took longer than expected and we suffered delays due to planning, poor weather and inflation. However we finished these two superb houses and they both achieved the highest EPC ratings of A because we incorporated solar panels, air source heat pumps and modern standards of insulation.  The whole project took 4 years from start to finish. 
They are located in the tranquil village of Graig Penllyn, near Cowbridge, 8 miles west of Cardiff. An additional benefit of the houses is the magnificent views across open countryside.
